TuringX Terms of Use
These TuringX Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) outline the terms governing the relationship between the developer of TuringX (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the user (“you”, “your”) and provide a brief overview of the TuringX platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “TuringX”).
By accessing or using TuringX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
1. General Information
TuringX is a blockchain-based platform designed for gaming, AI-driven tasks, and earning through participation. The platform allows users to engage in activities such as building AI farms, completing tasks, and earning tokens as rewards.
The Platform is intended for entertainment and educational purposes, offering users an opportunity to develop strategies for managing virtual assets and participating in AI-focused tasks.
Important Note: Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase any securities or tokens. Tokens earned on the Platform are for in-platform use and do not represent real-world currency or assets.
2. User Responsibilities
By using TuringX, you agree to:
Access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Refrain from using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
Respect the intellectual property rights associated with TuringX, including character designs, in-game environments, music, and other creative assets.
You may not: (a) Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. (b) Create derivative works, resell, or sublicense any content or features of the Platform. (c) Use the Platform to engage in fraudulent schemes or deceptive practices.
3. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in compliance with these Terms.
4. No Guarantees
TuringX is a dynamic platform at an early stage of development, and as such, we cannot guarantee the following:
(a) The Platform will be available at all times or without interruption. (b) The features or performance of the Platform will meet your expectations. (c) Compatibility or availability of the Platform on all devices or operating systems. (d) That your progress or achievements on the Platform will always be saved or retrievable.
We are constantly improving TuringX, which means that features, rules, and mechanics may change over time without prior notice. We recommend regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any updates.
5. In-Platform Tokens
TuringX includes an in-platform token that users can earn through various activities such as completing tasks and managing virtual AI farms. These tokens are intended for use within the Platform, including upgrades, unlocking features, and enhancing gameplay.
Tokens earned on TuringX:
Are not a form of real currency and cannot be exchanged for legal tender.
Are subject to the rules and mechanics of the Platform, which may change over time.
Do not guarantee any financial return or real-world value.

TuringX is a growing and evolving project, and as such, these Terms may be updated periodically. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Airdrop Terms Participation in the airdrop does not guarantee rewards, even if you have referred others successfully. To qualify, you must also be selected in the final review process, which considers the completion of required tasks, including your Twitter post tagging friends. The final reward distribution will depend on meeting all criteria and being chosen through our selection process.
